Rental Agreement

1. Vehicle Condition
The renter acknowledges receipt of the vehicle in the condition described at the time of pickup. Any pre-existing damage must be noted on the rental agreement before departure. The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted.
2. Authorized Drivers
Only the renter and individuals listed on the rental agreement are authorized to operate the vehicle. Adding an additional driver requires prior approval and may incur an additional daily fee. Unauthorized drivers void all insurance coverage.
3. Mileage Policy
Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance as specified in your booking confirmation. Additional miles are charged at $0.25 per mile. Unlimited mileage packages are available upon request for an additional daily fee.
4. Return Policy
Vehicles must be returned to the agreed location at the agreed time. Late returns are charged at the daily rate prorated by the hour. Failure to return the vehicle without notice may result in the vehicle being reported as stolen.
5. Cleaning and Damage
Vehicles must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive cleaning fees may be charged for vehicles returned with significant dirt, stains, or odors. All damage beyond normal wear must be reported immediately and will be assessed against the security deposit.
6. Breakdown Procedures
In the event of a breakdown, contact our 24/7 support line immediately. Do not attempt repairs yourself. G Motion Rentals Inc will arrange roadside assistance or a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.
7. Fees and Itemized Disclosures
Specific fees — including the daily rental rate, security deposit, mileage overage charges, late return fees (and any grace period), downtime fees while a vehicle is out of service due to damage, smoking and cleaning penalties, additional driver charges, and insurance deductibles — are itemized in the Rental Agreement you electronically sign at the time of booking. By completing the booking and accepting the Rental Agreement, the renter acknowledges receipt and understanding of all such fees prior to vehicle pickup. Renters may request a copy of the signed Rental Agreement at any time by contacting gmotionrentals@gmail.com.
