You may not use the platform, our APIs, or any vehicle booked through us for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: transportation of illegal drugs, firearms outside of legal carry, trafficking in persons, unauthorized commercial rideshare or delivery, evading law enforcement, fraud, or causing damage to property or persons. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, attempt to gain unauthorized access to, or interfere with the platform's normal operation. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and referral to law enforcement.
G Motion Rentals Inc may suspend or terminate any account that violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Nondiscrimination Policy, or this Additional Policies page. Reasons may include: chargebacks issued without first contacting support, repeat host-initiated cancellations, falsified identity verification, repeated late returns or no-shows, vehicle abuse, or any other conduct we determine in good faith to be harmful to the platform or its community. Suspended renters and hosts will be notified by email with the reason and any appeal options.
If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, send a notice that complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) to gmotionrentals@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Your notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work, the URL of the allegedly infringing content, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature. We will respond within a reasonable time and may remove the content while we investigate.
To report suspected fraud, identity theft, harassment, vehicle theft, or any safety threat involving a booking on our platform, email gmotionrentals@gmail.com with the subject line "Trust & Safety" and include the booking number, names of the parties involved, and a description of the incident. Reports involving an immediate threat to safety should also be reported to local law enforcement; we will cooperate with valid legal process.
We respond to lawful requests from government agencies and law enforcement, including subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants, in accordance with applicable law. Where the law allows, we will notify the affected user of the request before responding. Emergency requests involving an immediate threat to life or serious injury are handled on an expedited basis and may be processed without prior notice to the user.
To delete your G Motion Rentals account and request deletion of associated personal data, email gmotionrentals@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, subject to legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.
We may revise these policies from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
