1. Respectful communication

Treat hosts, renters, and G Motion Rentals Inc staff with courtesy and respect. Personal attacks, slurs, harassment, hate speech, threats, or sustained inappropriate contact will result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform. Communicate through the platform's in-app messaging whenever possible — it gives both parties a record and helps us mediate disputes.

2. Honest representation

All information you provide — name, contact details, driver's license, vehicle photos, vehicle condition, mileage, and reviews — must be truthful and reasonably current. Hosts must list vehicles they actually own or are authorized to rent. Renters must use the vehicle in a manner consistent with the booking they accepted. Fraudulent identity, fake reviews, or misrepresented vehicles are grounds for immediate suspension and may be reported to law enforcement.

3. Vehicle care

Renters are expected to care for the vehicle as if it were their own: no smoking inside, no off-road or track use, no reckless driving, no commercial use (rideshare or delivery) unless explicitly authorized in the listing, and no transporting hazardous materials. Damage must be reported to G Motion Rentals Inc immediately by phone, email, or the platform's in-app messaging. Hidden or unreported damage is treated as a serious violation.

3a. Approved drivers only

Only the primary renter and any additional drivers explicitly listed as Approved Drivers on the booking may operate the vehicle. Lending the vehicle to anyone not listed as an Approved Driver — including a friend, family member, or roommate — is strictly prohibited and immediately voids all insurance coverage and any G Motion Rentals Inc protection plan. Each Approved Driver must individually present a valid driver's license to the host at pickup and consent to identity verification. If you need to add a driver after the trip has been booked, contact us before the trip starts; we cannot add Approved Drivers retroactively.

3b. Host vehicle eligibility

Hosts may only list vehicles that they own or are explicitly authorized to share for commercial rental, that are legally registered to operate on public roads, that hold a clean (non-salvaged, non-branded, non-washed, non-written-off, non-reconstructed) title, that are not subject to any active safety recall that has not been fully addressed, that are not the subject of a missing or stolen vehicle report, and that are in safe, roadworthy, mechanical condition with all warning lights and safety equipment functioning. Hosts financing or leasing a vehicle must independently confirm that listing the vehicle on a peer-to-peer rental platform does not violate the terms of their loan or lease agreement.

4. Pickup and return etiquette

Arrive on time for pickup and return — both parties should communicate proactively if any change to the agreed time is unavoidable. Inspect the vehicle together at pickup and again at return. Take dated photos at both ends to document condition. Return the vehicle with at least the fuel or charge level it had at pickup unless the prepaid refuel or charging extra was selected.

5. Reviews and feedback

Reviews are an essential trust signal for the marketplace. Write reviews that are honest, specific, and relevant to the rental experience. Do not write fake reviews, exchange reviews for compensation, write reviews that contain personal data about other parties, or use reviews to threaten or extort. We may remove reviews that violate these standards.

6. Reporting and enforcement

If you witness a violation of these guidelines — by another renter, host, or platform user — report it to gmotionrentals@gmail.com with as much detail as possible (booking number if applicable, screenshots, dates and times). G Motion Rentals Inc reviews every report. Consequences for confirmed violations range from a written warning to temporary suspension to permanent removal from the platform, depending on severity and history. We will notify you by email when an enforcement action is taken on your account.
