Cookies, Web Beacons, and Similar Technologies

Last updated: June 6, 2026

1. What we use

G Motion Rentals Inc and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, local storage, and similar technologies (collectively, "Cookies") on our website and applications. A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your device for record-keeping purposes. We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device after you close your browser, and can be used again the next time you access our services).

2. Purposes

We use Cookies for the following categories of purposes: (a) Strictly necessary — these are required to operate the site, authenticate logged-in users, maintain a session, prevent fraud, and provide security; they cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality. (b) Performance — these help us understand how visitors use the site (which pages are visited, how long users stay on each page, navigation paths, error rates) in aggregate, anonymous form. (c) Functional — these remember your preferences (such as language, recently viewed cars, or filter selections) to make the site work better for you. (d) Marketing / interest-based advertising — currently NOT used by G Motion Rentals Inc; we do not allow third-party advertising cookies on our domain at this time. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated and a clear opt-out will be provided.

3. Third-party cookies

We use a limited number of trusted third-party services that may place cookies on your device: Clerk (authentication and session management), Stripe (payments and identity verification), Cloudinary (image delivery), Vercel (analytics and performance monitoring), and Google Maps (location lookups). Each of these is subject to its own privacy policy, which we link to in our main Privacy Policy.

4. Managing cookies

Most browsers automatically accept cookies. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies entirely, to alert you before a cookie is set, or to delete cookies after each session. Instructions for managing cookies are available in your browser's help section. Note that disabling strictly-necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or completing a booking. For mobile users, your device settings allow you to limit or reset advertising identifiers; consult your device's settings menu.

5. Do Not Track

At this time, we do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because no industry consensus on how to interpret such signals has been established. We do, however, honor the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" opt-out described in our Privacy Policy and on our /legal/do-not-sell page.

6. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. For questions, contact gmotionrentals@gmail.com.
