Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

1. Our position
G Motion Rentals Inc does not sell personal information for money. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (sometimes referred to as "targeted" or "interest-based" advertising). We do not run any program in which a third party pays us — directly or indirectly — for access to personal information about our users.
2. Why we maintain this page anyway
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 ("CCPA"), and consistent with the CCPA regulations effective January 1, 2026, businesses must provide California residents with a clear, accessible way to exercise the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — even if the business does not currently sell or share personal information. This page provides that path, and we maintain it as a matter of compliance and transparency.
3. How to opt out
To formally record your opt-out preference and have a written confirmation, email gmotionrentals@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and apply the opt-out to your account. The opt-out is permanent unless you later opt back in. You do not need to provide a reason. If our practices change in the future and we begin selling or sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, your opt-out remains on file — we will not include opted-out users in any new program without their express opt-in.
4. Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf by including a copy of the signed written authorization, the requester's valid government-issued ID, and the agent's valid government-issued ID. Email is not a secure channel for sensitive documents — contact us first and we will provide a secure upload link.
5. Non-discrimination
We will not deny services to, charge a different price to, or provide a different level or quality of service to any user because they exercise their right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
