G Motion Rentals Inc respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA"). We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
If you believe that material accessible on or through our services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification ("DMCA Notice") to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective under the DMCA, the notice must include all of the following: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are at issue, a representative list); (c) identification of the material that you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate that material (typically the URL); (d) information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you, including your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the copyright or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

If you believe that material you posted has been removed in error or as the result of misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the material that has been removed and the location where the material appeared before it was removed; (c) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; (d) your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address; and (e) a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Central District of California (or, if you are outside the United States, of any judicial district in which G Motion Rentals Inc may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA Notice or that party's authorized agent.
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents in a DMCA Notice or counter-notification that material is infringing or was removed in error may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, the copyright owner, or G Motion Rentals Inc.
