A refundable $250 security deposit is held on your card at booking. The hold is released after your return and a clean inspection, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

You must be 21 or older and hold a valid driver's license issued in the United States or internationally. We verify identity via Stripe Identity before pickup — no in-person paperwork.

Your booking includes 200 miles per day. Extra miles are billed at $0.25 per mile and pulled from the security-deposit hold at return. Need unlimited mileage? Contact us before booking.

You can charge at any public Level 2 or DC fast-charging station in the LA area. Return the vehicle with at least the charge level it had at pickup, or pre-purchase a Refuel/Recharge Extra at checkout for one flat fee.

Yes. Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are subject to a one-day rental fee per our cancellation policy. Host-initiated cancellations always refund 100%.
